Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources for flight crew personnel to assure a safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress, and increasing efficiency. CRM encompasses a wide range of knowledge, skills and attitudes including communications, loss of situational awareness, problem solving, decision making, and teamwork; together with all the attendant sub-disciplines which each of these areas entails.
We deliver live instructor-led training on Zoom. This technology allows us to deliver all the elements of in-person training while cutting the costs of travel and accommodation. All Initial and Recurrent training courses are fully EASA/FAA compliant and developed in house to address the nature of the operations of your company, as well as the associated procedures and the culture of the company.
Auditing (IS-BAO)
The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) is a voluntary code of best practice developed by the business aviation industry to build a culture that continuously strives for a better, safer way of operating by identifying areas where better risk management will improve safety. Our experienced auditors conduct IS-BAO/IS-BAH Stage 1, 2, or 3 registration audits worldwide. Contact us to learn more.
Gamification
We work together with industry experts to create meaningful learning experiences. The gamification of learning is an educational approach to motivate employees to learn by using video game design and game elements in learning environments. The goal is to maximize enjoyment and engagement through capturing the interest of learners and inspiring them to continue to learn.
Mental Health First Aider - Peer Support
Mental well-being is essential to the safe performance of pilot and aviation safety-sensitive duties. We provide Mental Health First Aid Support in a safe, confidential space for pilots and other aviation personnel to meet to discuss any mental health issues with impunity and anonymity. Our aim is also to remove old thought processes (stigma) relating to mental health issues within our aviation community. Though we are not able to offer therapy, we can help someone share the load and open up about their feelings and concerns.
A Mental Health first aider will assess the individual and evaluate how critical their condition is and assist in seeking for professional help if needed. Confidentiality is key throughout this process.
